As long as the final blow was someone in your Corp, in the Neocom go to:
Social > Corporation > Wars > Kill Reports
That will open all 'show kills' and 'show losses' for your Corp, not only those involving a war.
You can then filter by ship to find the relevant killmail.
For BNI, if it was recent you might not have to look at too many, but if it was a few days ago or more, good luck.

If either one of them did it, then they did it either from:
1. notification (recent addtion)
2. their Combat Log
All kills and losses are recorded in your combat log (all your losses and all kills you had the final blow on)
The notification system provides a link direct to the killmail/lossmail

So then you and some other second random npc corp non api linked etc just random freaking guy kill the victim but the 2nd random gets the final blow.

In under 1 min someone will link it, they do some crazy ninja-search-magic-fu or something (i dont know and tis what i am asking)

If you don't know who either random is, then you are ******.
If they don't have their API linked, it won't appear on a killboard and the only way to get the killmail is from the person who died, or the person who had the final blow.
What you are saying about search foo by someone to find a random killmail is BS. Doesn't happen.
Unless you are in the same Corp as either the victim or final blow, are the guy who died or the guy with the final blow, you can't get the ingame killmail.

You can't search for the in game killmail unless you are the victim, final blow or in the Corp of either.

No API linked to any killboard for either character (aggressor only blacked out because I have no clue what to do with that character yet).
zkillboard for the time period of 11:57
zkillboard for the system of Ryddinjorn
zkillboard for the character Test Victim
I'm by no means standing on solid ground with this as I'm not sure myself, but I always thought at least one API needed to be linked for a kill to show up or it had to be manually posted (though 1 hour since the kill may be too short).
Have searched zkillboard information and can't find anything to confirm that though. So I could definitely be wrong and hopefully the kill shows up eventually (and is just slower because there is no API linked).
It doesn't show on eve-kill (same feed as zkill) or Battleclinic either.
e. To the ISDs, I know I've broken the forum rules with this post, but not to cause ridicule (both characters involved are mine), just to provide something to gain a better understanding from. I know the links need to be deleted, but hopefully they can be left for a little while.

No, it's not related to DT at all. Simply to the requirements for kills to show on zkillboard.
I could run the test again at anytime (name of character is not important either as the killmail contains the character ID) and the outcome would be the same.
This all comes back to the question in the OP, because in the absense of any API linked to a killboard, it isn't as simple as waiting and then checking zkillboard, hence why she is looking for a way to access the in game killmail.
If you provide an API, zkillboard (and others) can fill in some gaps but only a little bit as CCP provide data for the previous 25 kills/losses when a request is made. Anything older than that needs to be manually uploaded even then.
